What is the Return Policy for Apparels?

·        If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

·        Please ensure the product is in the same condition as received.

·        Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup through our courier partner.

·        A flat return courier fee of ₹100 will be charged and deducted from your refund amount.

·        Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund process.

·        It generally takes 5–7 working days for the returned product to reach us, depending on your location and unforeseen delays.

·        The complete refund process takes approximately 7–10 working days from the date of your return request.

·        Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment, with applicable shipping charges deducted.

 

NOTE:

·        Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and bill copy within 7 days of delivery.

·        If the delivered package appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please inform the delivery partner and refuse to accept the package.

·        Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return.

·        Items purchased during special offers, discounts, or clearance sales are not eligible for returns.

·        Return shipping charges (₹100) must be borne by the customer.
